HISTORY

Tumlinson Electric is a full service electrical contracting providing construction services throughout the state of Texas. Our people is what make Tumlinson Electric the company that it is. The management of Tumlinson Electric bring a vast history of leadership, experience and integrity needed to manage and grow our company and make it successful.

 

Starting with our overall leadership, Kenneth and Suanna Tumlinson bring over 20 years of experience in managing and operating a successful electrical contracting business.  Together Kenneth and Suanna were managing partners for KST Electric, one of the largest electrical contractors within the state of Texas. During their years of operation at KST, Kenneth oversaw the day-to-day operations of nearly 750 employees and $80 million in annual revenue; while Suanna managed the overall day-to-day financial operations of the company. It was due to their success that allowed them to successfully sell KST Electric in 2010. As KST Electric, Kenneth and Suanna successfully saw the completion of thousands of projects within Texas.

 

In founding Tumlinson Electric, Kenneth and Suanna knew the importance of staffing good people with the experience to manage and operate a successful company.  It is important that the people of Tumlinson Electric express the values and mission of the company and understand the vision to which Tumlinson Electric wants to grow. Therefore, each member of the Tumlinson Electric project team is an elite performer in their respective positions. They have the expertise and knowledge needed in ensuring that our projects are completed successfully, SAFELY and to our customer’s satisfaction.
