Baylor University New Foster Pavilion
Construction of the new 245,000 square foot basketball arena for the University's mens and womens championship basketball teams. Includes 7000 seat arena, development center for both the men's and women's teams, practice courts, film rooms, lounges and acdemic spaces. A 2000 sqft video board on either end of the court along with wifi covering the entire facility.
Manor ISD New Wildhorse
Elementary School
New construction of a 2-story, 97,000 sqft elementary school. To be called Manor ISD Wildhorse Elementary School.
Austin ISD New Northeast Middle School
Construction of a new 130,000sqft middle school building and adjacent facilities including parking lots, drives, football field, track and all associated site accessories.
The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio - Inpatient Facility
This project includes the construction of a 240,683sqft, 6-level parking garage with mechanical basement and extensive parking electronic system. Parking structure is for the 448,146 sqft inpatient hospital (part of next phase). Includes 1200 feet of onsite medium voltage loop with 4 manholes, CPS utility yard for medium voltage campus loop and substation for inpatient and garage facility power.
San Antonio College - Alamo College First Responders Academy
New 31,000 sqft, 1-story first responder academy. Includes parking lot ligths, new data duct banks from the new building to the existing building.
Horizon Bank Tower - Austin
16-floor tower containing office space, larger drive thru banking facility on the ground level, and approximately 7 floors of structured parking. 263,619 sqft.
The University of Texas at Austin
Hogg Auditorium Renovations
The project consists of the renovation of the historic Hogg Auditorium on The University of Texas campus. This is a 3-level auditorium. Renovations include refurbishing antique lighting fixtures for re-use.
