COMPLETED PROJECTS

Project included upgrade to the south end zone of The University of Texas at Austin DKR Texas Memorial Stadium. Once completed, the new end zone facility includes an addition of two new entry towers, terraces with concession areas, a Longhorn logo-shaped balcone cut into the seating bowl, student seating area with multiple patios, suites, a broadcasting stage, field level club, student athlete training facilities and new coaching/staff offices. The highlight the new end zone includes the addition of a new video screen. 

Known as the EB Cushing Stadium, construction included a new 90,500 sqft facility on the west campus of Texas A&M Univesrity. Seating capacity of over 2000. Stadium features hospitality rooms, broadcasting facilities and service areas, press box, meeting rooms, locker rooms, athletic lounge, training room, official's quarters, equipment storage and a grand lobby. Also includes the low voltage scope.  

The project consisted of approximately 72,000 GSF on four floor levels adjacent to the new Moody Center Arena. This new facility serves as the primary training facility for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Programs as well as the UT Rowing Program. The new training facility includes coach and staff offices, locker rrooms, lounges, meeting rooms, practice basketball courts, rowing ergometer room, strength & condition room and sports medicine room.

New construction of of two Class A office buildings totaling 278,167 gross SQFT of office space, 212,577 gross SQFT of cast in place parking garages and an adjacent 153,819 sqft 6-story parking garage. 

Construction of a new 7-story office building for State of Texas office facility totaling 976,000sqft.  An 1850-space parking garage was built adjacent to the building. Building houses several State of Texas agencies.

This project included the construction of a new 245,000 sqft basketball arena for Baylor University's men's and women's programs. Included a 7000 seat arena, development center, practice courts, film rooms, lounges and academic spaces. A 2,000 sqft video board on either end of the court along with wifi covering the whole facility. 

This project consisted of the new construction and renovation of a new early college high school facility for Austin ISD. The first building included the renovation of the original LC Anderson campus and included a new multipurpose facility, community rooms and gallery sapce. The second building was a new construction of 179,000 sqft building adjacent to site. Included learning spaces and integrated technology. Also included a gymnasium. LEED Silver Certified. 

This project included the construction of a new 31,000 sqft, 1-story first responder training academy. Scope included parking lot lights and new data duct banks from the new building to existing building.
